Just because the winter is here and the summer is over doesn’t mean we have to pack up our grills until spring time greets us. To me winter is one of the best grilling seasons because you have the freedom to stand outside in the fresh air and smell the delicious home cooked hamburgers without the heat and sweat getting to you.

For those of you who don’t have a grill yet I recommend that you buy one now. There are two types of grills that you can purchase; gas or charcoal. Charcoal grills are very basic compared to the gas grills – which is like having your oven stored outside. Charcoal grills take much longer to heat up and therefore are less expensive.

Some people enjoy the time it takes to wait for the charcoal to heat up because they like to savor the smell of their food and the time it takes to cook them. I personally love the fact that gas grills heat up quickly and they have so many features that anyone would love.

But before you spend tons on money on the best gas grill out there you should look at all your options. You don’t want to shell out money for something and not like it in the end.

In case you didn’t notice from my title I absolutely love food! After all it is what keeps us going and energized throughout the day. Now I am no phenomenal cook – but I love to try my hand at new recipes of dishes that I know I will love.

I stumbled onto one recipe that caught me off guard at first – but when I read the recipe I thought I might actually enjoy it. The dish is called peanut butter noodles. Curious? So was I!

It is an oriental dish and I knew I had to try because I love this type of food. I have been to Japan and was able to try several different dishes. Though I am not sure if this is Japanese it is a dish that is simple to make and tastes great.

I encourage anyone who has time to try to make this dish for themselves. Experiment with it and try it out on your family and friends. It would go great with chardonnay chicken breast. This is another excellent recipe that I stumbled on and knew we would taste great together.
